If so, it has a clean slate to rethink business processes to prepare for e-business and e-commerce
Company may need to be helped to investigate:
- all business communications (as in example)
- whether they could be more efficient or effective by Internet
- whether the other people do or may use Internet
For some things Internet is clearly advantageous for just about any company
