The Vitae Researcher Development Framework
See http://www.vitae.ac.uk/researchers/428241/Researcher-Development-Framework.html
This was taken as a case study by the InteropAbility project, and an analysis appears on the Researcher Development Framework page.
Introduction
The Researcher Development Framework is created by Vitae
It is structured a little like the e-CF. There are 4 "domains"
- Knowledge and intellectual abilities
- Personal effectiveness
- Research governance and organisation
- Engagement, influence and impact
Each domain is divided into 3 sub-domains, and the 12 sub-domains have varying number of "descriptors" attached. "Each of the sixty-three descriptors contains between three to five phases, representing distinct stages of development or levels of performance within that descriptor."
The phases of development appear not to have any overall description.
