This is a stub page for what may be the most challenging part of the whole system. In reality there will be a dialogue spread over several pages, including ones for creating as well as selecting a question. Doing well here is essential to the overall health of the System, as all operations are helped by people finding adequate existing questions rather than writing their own close one.

One strong possibility would be to have on-line chat guidance for new question construction. We could have a number of users who act as question construction guides, maybe specialising in one or other of the types. At the beginning, this could be members of the core team, to make sure that questions are kept reasonable. Maybe people could get question construction badges, when they are trusted to created sound questions. If no one is available to help interactively, we'll have to have a submission system for suggested questions. But that might lose some insight or inspiration.
How to display the fact of following on from multiple options of a question, or worse still, from multiple broader questions? Just list them. Not ideal, but plausible.
